Hey, this is Greg Stier

Hi, I’m Greg Stier, evangelist, author, speaker, and founder of Dare 2 Share Ministries. My favorite roles, though, are husband to Debbie and dad to Jeremy and Kailey.

I live across town from where I grew up in Denver, CO in a violent, inner-city family of body builders. I never had a dad and never felt like I measured up because my biceps weren’t big enough! But God transformed my family one by one through the power of the gospel, and it changed my world. My passion for evangelism was ignited way back then, and I knew I was called to a life of spreading the gospel.

I founded Dare 2 Share (D2S) in 1991 to train teens to share their faith. Then in 1999, the Columbine High School shooting happened just minutes down the road from our headquarters. It shook me to my core. It was more apparent than ever how desperately teenagers needed Jesus, so I resigned from a pastorate to pursue D2S full time. I’ve been speaking, training, and writing about youth ministry and evangelism ever since.

I want to see Gospel Advancing ministries around the world training youth to rescue their friends for Christ. I hope you’ll ignite that Gospel Advancing spark in your soul, and that you’ll find my books, articles, and videos helpful as you teach teens to live on mission for the gospel.

About Dare 2 Share Ministries

Teenagers desperately need the hope of Christ and their peers are the best possible messengers of that hope. Imagine what could happen in our communities if every teen, everywhere, heard the Gospel from a friend. That’s why I founded Dare 2 Share, to come alongside the Church to help equip teens to share their faith and youth leaders to build youth ministries that advance the Gospel. For nearly 30 years, Dare 2 Share has been a leader in evangelism training resources and events, helping youth leaders overcome the challenges of building a thriving youth ministry that advances the gospel and consistently reaches teenagers with the message of Jesus Christ.
