“But since you excel in everything–in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in the love we have kindled in you –see that you also excel in this grace of giving.” 2 Corinthians 8:7
When we excel in the grace of giving we activate our generosity gene because giving is in our spiritual DNA.
Think about it. When we were born again into God’s family we were born into a family of unimaginable generosity.
As James 1:17 reminds us the Father gives generously, “Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights.” The Holy Spirit, not to be outdone, gives us spiritual gifts to enjoy and employ (1 Corinthians 12:11.) And the Son gave the ultimate gift of his own life for us (John 10:11.)
So when you make a gift you are activating your spiritual generosity gene. Your gracious giving reflects the generosity of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit to a fist-clenched world.

25 years ago I sat down with my mentor, Jonathan Smith, and we decided to launch a ministry focused on seeing a generation of teenagers mobilized for His Kingdom cause. Since then, Dare 2 Share has trained over a million teenagers through large-scale teen evangelism training conferences, resources and curriculum!

It has been a bittersweet year as we prepped for our last conference tour coming this Spring, prepped for a national simulcast event (Dare 2 Share Live to be held on September 23rd, 2017), revamped our mission statement, watched the Lord open global doors and had youth leaders jump on board with the Gospel Advancing Ministry model!
I’m convinced that our best days are ahead as we seek to reach “every teen everywhere” through a teenager they know. God is opening huge doors for fruitful ministry across the street, across the tracks and across the world! And we are asking God for generous partners in this quest now more than ever!
