Over 4,000 teens were registered, about five hundred of them came to Jesus on Friday night, over 150 e-teams were launched and somewhere around 9 tons of canned food was collected (in the rain by the way!) for Hopelink Food bank! All in all I say it was an EXCELLENT conference. Praise be to God!
These soaked and stoked teenagers responded very well to the Game Day training curriculum. They were fully engaged as they learned to “GO! FIGHT! WIN!”
We even had a youth group of thirty or so fly in from Houston and another group coming in from Alaska! It was so exciting for me to see these teenagers equipped to make a difference and then watch them do it during the outreach time and the cell phone challenge.
