Hot take: Sharing the Gospel isn’t just for “super-Christians.” Or people with the spiritual gift of evangelism. Every Christian can—and should, according to Jesus (Matthew 28:18-20)—tell others the Good News of salvation through Christ’s death and resurrection.
Sadly, many Christians don’t share the Gospel, sometimes out of fear of rejection, but often because they don’t know how.
Fortunately, it’s easier than you might think.
I recently had the privilege of speaking at the Focus on the Family chapel service and training their staff in relational evangelism, using the analogy of flying an airplane. Listen in by watching the video below. In just 30 minutes, you’ll gain the skills and confidence you need to share the Gospel by:
- fueling up with the right motivation.
- getting passengers on board.
- taking off smoothly.
- having a good flight plan.
- touching down safely.
Check it out, and start sharing your faith today!
